WHY WDI?

WDI works with blue chip clients.
Employees have the opportunity to work with the best working practices of these top-notch customers and that of WDI.

WDI strongly believes in developing people.
We have invested heavily in an industry-specific learning management system called Rig Skills, where all our training and assessment data are managed.

We are an optimal blend of a small organization and a large company.
With years of field and business experience as part of the Weatherford group of companies, we are far from a start-up, which offers tremendous upside in our journey to be an independent drilling contractor. WDI is a nimble organization where one can make a big difference and also a place where one is empowered to make the right decisions.

We have ‘best in class’ Competency Program.
We follow a risk-based approach towards skills and competency assessments of the crew. The assessments are used for career enhancements and for developmental needs.

WDI provides the right platform for career seekers.
We are looking for candidates eager to work in an organization that is innovative and has an appetite for growth. Above all, our organization gives career seekers the opportunity to work in geographies ranging from Latin America to Europe to the Asia Pacific, with a very strong footprint in the Middle East and Africa.

WDI has smart management tools and practices.
We offer a well-structured Business Management System (BMS), which is a collection of business processes focused on achieving desired level of objectives to meet customer requirements. It is expressed as the organizational structure, policies, procedures, processes and resources needed to achieve business excellence.

WDI people are well taken care of.
Prioritising personnel safety and welfare, addressing employee grievances on time, making the workplace harmonious and peaceful are all part of our operating philosophy. The low voluntary attrition of 6.5%, far below industry benchmarks, is testimony to the fact that employees are satisfied and valued.
